Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a place in the Lifestyle Masterclass (the “Masterclass”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. About the Masterclass

The Masterclass is delivered online via Zoom at the date(s) advertised.

A recording will be made available if you are unable to attend live.

Supporting resources (such as workbooks or handouts) will be provided after each session.

2. Communication

By registering, you agree that Meraki Health may contact you via:

Email – for information and reminders about the Masterclass, access to recordings and resources, and related updates or offers that may support your health and wellbeing.

WhatsApp message – for short reminders or updates directly related to your participation in the Masterclass.

You may opt out of WhatsApp reminders at any time by replying with “STOP” or notifying us by email.

You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" at the bottom of our emails.

3. Payment & Cancellations

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

If you change your mind, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a refund, provided the Masterclass has not already taken place.

An admin fee of £15 will be deducted from your refund to cover transaction and processing costs.

Once the Masterclass has been delivered (live or via recording), no refunds can be given.

If Meraki Health must cancel or reschedule the Masterclass, you will be offered either a full refund or a place at the rescheduled session.

4. Health Disclaimer

The Masterclass is for educational purposes only and does not replace medical advice.

Always seek the guidance of your GP or healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, lifestyle, or medical treatment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided during the Masterclass are the property of Meraki Health.

You may use them for personal purposes only. Sharing, copying, or reselling is not permitted.
